adlCommunity.net to use Moodle

The US DoD Advanced Distributed Learning initiative created a new virtual community, adlCommunity.net, and selected Moodle products to power it.

(Announced 2006-09-05) The ADL initiative utilizes Moodlerooms.com to host the project.

Moodle LMSThe community is "completely independent organization" and includes sponsored and volunteer communities of interest. Director Judy Brown invites participation. "If a responsible moderator appears for a topic of interest to the community, they will be able to start their own working group. We're actively looking for volunteers."
