The Summit is co-sponsored by Tufts University School of Medicine, the Association of Public Health Laboratories, NEMA, CDC, Association of Schools of Public Health, Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists, Health Resources and Services Administration, Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs, and the National Association of City and County Health Officials.

The annual Public Health Preparedness Summit features more than 70 breakout sessions, 100 poster sessions and more than 40 roundtables. The event typically attracts more than 2000 participants. Topics of interest for pandemicsimulation.com readers include:
