The 2006 annual meeting explored the worldwide implications of an influenza pandemic.

More than 30 CEOs and senior executives from corporations, private and public sector institutions and governments participated in this annual meeting. A simulation was conducted to study the hypothetical impact of pandemic influenza in Germanuy that originated in Eastern Europe.

Key findings from this work were summarized by Booz Allen Hamilton in April 2006.
